forward beer with a reddish copper hue, full body mouth feel and a crisp finish.

This is Ingersoll's beer. A light golden refreshing ale with a crisp clean finish. Malty body with a long-lasting white pillowy head. It's a little bigger and bolder than many blondes like the little town with a chip on its shoulder.

Westbound
This take on a West Coast IPA uses locally grown hops and lots of them. Newport for bittering to give it a bit of spice then Cascade and Centennial to bring out the tropical fruit flavours. Very aromatic beer that is a light copper colour and a nice dry finish.

Created during the COVID lock down as a cozy sippable stout full of flavour. It's creamy, dark, rich and delicious. The depth of this beer comes with each sip. Flavours of dark chocolate, coffee, caramel and biscuit. It's not just a beer, it's an experience.

This is a light crushable ale thats crisp and refreshing. Brewed with the American Pilsner in mind bust as an ale. Our clean finishing yeast and clarifying process makes this beer as close to a lager as you can get.

As traditional of an Irish Red Ale as we can do in Canada. Using the right ingredients makes for a smooth malt forward easy drinking red ale.
